Hello! The Therapy Cove is a group therapy practice located in Downtown Ventura. At The Therapy Cove, we offer therapy services to individuals, couples and families who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorders, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, postpartum depression and anxiety, eating disorders and substance use disorders.
Rates & Insurance
Therapy
Intensive Therapy
Therapy sessions may occur online or in person and typically run for abut 60 minutes. Pricing depends on whether you are seeing a licensed clinician or an associate. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. We accept most insurances.

Therapy Intensives are an alternative to traditional weekly therapy and are not covered by insurance. A superbill will be provided upon request that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Ketamine-assisted therapy
These sessions typically start out in person and can move to online. The ketamine-assisted therapy sessions include an intake session, preparation session, ketamine experience (3-4 hours) and an integration session. Insurance may cover part of these session costs. This can be done individually or in a group setting.

We currently accept the following insurances. If you do not see your insurance listed, you may request a “superbill” and provide to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
