Rachel Dittmar, LMFT, PMH-C

Founder, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #115165

Hello, and welcome. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions with a focus on divorce or becoming a new mom.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to manage the stress of everyday life, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself and your relationships.

I am especially passionate about maternal and reproductive mental health. As a certified Perinatal Mental Health specialist (PMH-C), I support women and families navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, loss, and the emotional challenges that can arise during this season of life. I treat Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, including prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, while providing compassionate support through every stage of the journey.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their emotions and needs without judgment. I believe each person is the expert of their own life, and with the right support and therapeutic tools, meaningful healing and growth are possible.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Therapies while also focusing on the overall health and wellness of the individual and their relationships. I strive to help clients build healthier coping strategies, navigate life’s changes with confidence, and cultivate fulfilling, connected lives.

In addition to traditional therapy, I also offer faith-based counseling and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for clients seeking an integrative approach to healing.
